CAIRO, Sept 22 (MENA) – Egyptian naval units arrived in Saudi Arabia Sunday to take part in the “Red Wave 2” drills to be conducted with units from the kingdom, Djibouti, Jordan, Sudan and Yemen.
The joint exercise is meant to boost military cooperation and exchange expertise among participating forces.
The training focuses on several activities of sea combat meant to enhance the skills of army personnel.
The drills will last for several days.
